Beginners Basketmaking fruit bowl or plant basket course

Friday 14th August, 9.30 - 5. Wood and Willow Workshop , Froghall Wharf, ST10 2HJ
This one day course will guide you through the process of making a shallow tray basket or a less wide, but taller plant basket. 
You will learn how to choose willow, make a round base, stake up and learn different weaves to to make the main body of the basket and then weave a border at the top to hold it all together.
